Immediate Start!! We currently have an exciting position as a customer service representative for a raw materials company near the CBD. The role involves you being the correspondence between shipping company's and the company's clients. The ideal individual will have supply chain experience and be able to hit the ground running. This role is currently available immediately on a temporary basis and may extend.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:

  • Answer queries and respond to request to their logistics queries
  • Address any customer issues as required
  • Manage and update all documentation
  • Administration duties including filing, scanning and other ad-hoc duties

In addition, you will present with the following:

  • Tertiary qualified with minimum 2 years' experience previous experience in customer service through a logistics company
  • The ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficient in using MSO, particularly Excel
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential along with organisational and administrative skills

Previous experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain sector is essential.
