We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-driven Personal & Team Assistant to support our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service delivery for our internal stakeholders, clients, and candidates.

- Experience - as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with a track record of anticipating needs and staying one step ahead.
- Tech Savvy - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, enabling you to create impactful presentations and reports.
- Organisational Skills - Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Attention to Detail - Meticulous in reporting and documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
- Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication abilities, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director, Head of Operations and a small, dynamic team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and visitors, responding to inquiries and representing BWS positively.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by formatting resumes, preparing proposals, and drafting job advertisements.
- Support general administration tasks, including, social media posts, and maintaining staff and candidate records. Develop, construct, and build key presentations and reports through liaison with key personnel.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting executives and key stakeholders
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Adobe Products, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint
- Exemplary communication skills
- The ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality.
