You will be the primary driver within the recruitment process, providing top-tier candidate care, administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations with the temp/contract division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise roles, conduct phone screens, interviews, and inductions
- Deliver a professional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Manage data entry, maintain records, and answer candidate/client queries promptly
- Support weekly payroll runs for temporary staff
- Take ownership of Timesheet management
- Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with internal processes compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
