We are now on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator to support our team, helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.

You will be the primary driver within the recruitment process, providing top-tier candidate care, administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations with the temp/contract division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertise roles, conduct phone screens, interviews, and inductions
  • Deliver a professional candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Manage data entry, maintain records, and answer candidate/client queries promptly
  • Support weekly payroll runs for temporary staff
  • Take ownership of Timesheet management
  • Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with internal processes compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
