An amazing opportunity to join a growth focussed provider with a passion for developing programs for their participants & developing the team. Our client is a highly respected provider in the NDIS sector, dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals through exceptional care and innovative accommodation solutions. Their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement has led them to the establishment of a new service line offering short  and medium term accommodation. We are in search of an immediately available Service Manager who can support service, ensuring the delivery of participant  focussed, high-quality care and support.  You will be based in facilities in the western suburbs.

  • Oversee the development, review and evaluation of individually tailored support plans, in collaboration with participants, their support networks and SIL Team Leaders
  • Develop staff expertise in the delivery of person-centred active support within a human rights framework
  • Ensure day to day support is provided in accordance with participant support plans, NDIS standards and best practice approaches to disability support
  • Oversee the provision of behaviour supports, ensuring plans are implemented consistently and staff understand. Liaise with health care professionals and escalate issues as required
  • Oversee the entry and transition of new participants, ensuring all required information and documentation is completed prior to entry
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to grow a sustainable and high quality SIL service for participants, their support networks and our staff
  • Cultivate excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide an environment of care, comfort and security that enhances wellbeing and encourages people to fulfil their potential
  • Monitor and manage the SIL house environment
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field 
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably within the disability sector
  • Comprehensive understanding of NDIS Quality Practice Standards and Pricing Arrangements
  • Proven track record in managing high-quality services
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • A passionate advocate for the rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities
  • Valid NDIS Worker Clearance and Working With Children Check
