Our client is an allied healthcare provider operating multiple sites across Victoria. Their vision is founded on the outstanding services provided across a range of health needs for a unique and vulnerable group. The P&C team are the custodians of the culture of the organisation to deliver on their organisations objectives - educating, evolving and engaging people at all levels. This role provides critical, accurate and integrated Human Resources services to the wider organisation. Advising key business stakeholders primarily in the areas of ER and IR.

With a passion for supporting and engaging people at work you will possess the following capabilities:

  • A demonstrated work history in a Human Resources Advisory or Generalist position
  • Demonstrated ability to provide accurate and timely employee relations advice, including case management of employee matters
  • A foundational understanding of the Australian industrial relations environment including National Employment Standards, Enterprise Agreement Interpretation and Modern Awards
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to provide expert, timely and appropriate advice to solve organisational problems involving people

Experience working in a health services or similar services environment would be ideal but not essential. This role being well suited to an advisor with several years of relevant experience and seeking a career trajectory with an ER focus. You will receive excellent internal and external training and support, flexible remote working conditions exposure across the full employee lifecycle. Salary package circa $100K.
