This is your opportunity to bring your dynamic experience as an Operations Manager to lead our clients' Community programs. You’ll manage daily operations across their two operational sites based in the Eastern suburbs.

You will be key in helping the organisation achieve its strategic goals while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the ability to lead a team, ensuring smooth operations and delivery of innovative and engaging programs that give real experiences and appeal to a range of ages.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of support staff
  • Ensure services align with NDIS standards and participant goals
  • Build strong community partnerships and grow new initiatives
  • Manage budgets, rosters, compliance, and operational reporting
  • Engage with participants and families to enhance outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven leadership in disability or community services
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS, especially pricing and service delivery
  • People management, financial, and operational expertise
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and required checks (NDIS Clearance, WWCC, etc.)
