Come and join a leader in the manufacturing sector and oversee the rollout their recently implemented SAP Success Factors system which will deliver an "End to End' life cycle solution in managing various HR functions such as business alignment, people performance, recruitment, and learning activities. You will be instrumental in introducing improved business processes and workforce planning capability and evaluation of the change management approach, plans and activities. 12 -18 month fixed term contract on offer.

About the role:

  • Responsible for process analysis and taking the lead on defining on-going and future HR practices
  • Lead the deployment, training and ongoing maintenance of performance HR Systems across the business and leverage HR Data and Key insights
  • Provide a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors which include Core HR and other modules and integration platforms
  • Design solutions, data model and integration architecture
  • Carry out testing of systems with key business and external stakeholders
  • Regularly assess SuccessFactors Employee Central product updates and provide solutions to issues that may arise
  • Develop strong professional relationships across all levels of the business and be an advocate for change
  • Capture and analyse input received from stakeholders

Ideal background sought:

  • Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Proven ability in developing and nurturing internal business relationships and providing advice and support in regards to organisational change across the business
  • An ability to prioritise and meet multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to undertake research, provide analysis and make recommendations to provide innovative solutions in a complex environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on system driven, business transformation projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years change experience
