Working in conjunction with the Group Manager – Corporate & Culture, you will be assisting with the completion of a number of projects.
Key projects will include:
- Review of the remuneration framework
- Review CEO Performance Review process
- Review of the EBA positioning for the organisation
- Organisational structure redesign to match capabilities to execute strategy
- Review and input into strategic planning initiatives including resourcing requirements
- Refine the organisations Competency Matrix
- P&C sub-committee & review of charter
- Review of Onboarding & Induction
- Review of reward and recognition process
- Leadership development
- Review of HR Technology
- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (essential)
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience working in the NFP or community sector
- Initiative and a proactive mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach
- A good sense of humour and a positive outlook
