The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Board will provide high-level administrative and executive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role will be the first point of contact for the Chief Executive, Board Chair, and Board Directors, managing complex diaries, preparing confidential documentation, and supporting stakeholder engagement across internal teams, external partners, and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities
About You
- Provide executive support to the Chief Executive, Board Chair, and Board Directors, including complex diary management and correspondence
- Prepare and manage confidential documentation, agendas, minutes, board papers, and reports
- Support governance processes, including Executive Committee management and committee reporting
- Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring seamless organisation and stakeholder engagement
- Assist the Executive Assistant team with workload management, leave coverage, and team collaboration
- Exercise discretion in urgent matters and act as a trusted liaison across internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or C-Suite leaders
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and collaborative, with the ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
- Commitment to organisational values, including safety, wellbeing, and putting people first
