In this role, you will be responsible for managing all incoming credit and customer service-related enquiries and will enjoy building relationships with your key stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all inbound customer service and credit-related enquiries
- Handling account queries
- Processing payments to customer accounts
- Providing copies of invoices/statements
- Releasing blocked orders
- Confirming account balances
- Completing reconciliations
- Monitoring shared email inboxes
