In this role, you will be responsible for managing all incoming credit and customer service-related enquiries and will enjoy building relationships with your key stakeholders. You will be outgoing, good at problem solving, love talking to people and be keen to develop your career within a reputable and profitable organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all inbound customer service and credit-related enquiries
  • Handling account queries
  • Processing payments to customer accounts
  • Providing copies of invoices/statements
  • Releasing blocked orders
  • Confirming account balances
  • Completing reconciliations
  • Monitoring shared email inboxes
