You will be responsible for overseeing all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring efficient progression from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Oversight - Manage budgets, oversee cost reporting, and ensure robust cash flow projections, maintaining financial health throughout project lifecycles.
- Risk Management - Identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
- Leadership and Collaboration - Working closely with Project Managers and other team members to meet project objectives while adhering to contractual obligations.
- Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with clients, suppliers, the main contractor and subcontractors, establishing favourable terms and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Compliance and Documentation - Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining accurate records will be essential, along with implementing effective commercial systems.
- Strategic Contributions - You will be involved in tender submissions, key stakeholder and subcontractor relationships, and contribute to the company's commercial strategies.
