Key Accountabilities:
As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the technical team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Formatting of detailed reports and other documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of tenders and proposals
  • Coordinating staff events
  • Managing conference bookings; including travel arrangements, promotional items and booth coordination
  • Ad hoc administrative support including boardroom preparations, answering phones and maintaining suppliers and memberships
About You:
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • High level of computer proficiency, with advanced Microsoft Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Initiative and a proactive mindset
  • A good sense of humour and a positive outlook
