Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative and executive support within public hospital departments
- Managing busy front desks, patient enquiries, and appointment bookings with professionalism and care
- Coordinating and maintaining complex rosters and shift schedules for clinical teams and departments
- Supporting senior clinicians, executives, and department heads with diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Preparing agendas, attending meetings, and accurately recording minutes
- Handling sensitive medical documentation and maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Liaising with internal hospital departments and external healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations
- Utilising hospital systems such as Kronos, HEAT, and eHub for scheduling and data management
- Previous experience in public hospital or healthcare administration is essential
- Skilled in Kronos, HEAT, or eHub (preferred)
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to supporting medical teams
