With continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales Administrator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
The Opportunity
The Sales Administrator, reporting to the CEO, will play a key role in supporting a dynamic team. This position serves as a vital connection between the Sales, Service, and Logistics teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient coordination, and outstanding customer service from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met
- Coordinate project documentation, including quotes and production schedules
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather and track project requirements
- Maintain and update job management systems
- Assist with logistics coordination, including delivery schedules and installation bookings
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Strong administration background
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sales experience is an advantage
