The Role
You will manage and grow an established recruitment portfolio while partnering closely with clients to deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop an established permanent recruitment portfolio
• Build and nurture strong client relationships across professional and executive markets
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive business development
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Maintain a high standard of candidate and client engagement
