We’re working with a progressive corporate and commercial law firm in Western Sydney looking to add an experienced Corporate M&A Lawyer (3–4+ PQE) to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on a range of high-quality transactions including:
• Mergers & acquisitions
• Capital raising transactions
• Corporate structuring
• Drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements
You’ll have hands-on exposure to deals from start to finish, working with SME and mid-market clients while building strong client relationships.
