The Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused Senior Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team. Reporting to the Operations Manager/Director, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative, accounts, and operational support tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • Receipting debtor payments
  • Managing credit applications and collections
  • Entering stock purchases into MYOB Advanced
Administration / Reporting:
  • Run weekly sales reports
  • Maintain stock control and assist with periodic stocktakes
  • Assist in preparing proposals and client documents
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and general office enquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and manage filing systems
  • Perform general office admin tasks and ad hoc duties as required
What You Bring:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Office Administrator or Accounts Assistant role
  • Advanced proficiency in MYOB Advanced (or any similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
