The Role:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused Senior Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team. Reporting to the Operations Manager/Director, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative, accounts, and operational support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Receipting debtor payments
- Managing credit applications and collections
- Entering stock purchases into MYOB Advanced
- Run weekly sales reports
- Maintain stock control and assist with periodic stocktakes
- Assist in preparing proposals and client documents
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and general office enquiries
- Maintain office supplies and manage filing systems
- Perform general office admin tasks and ad hoc duties as required
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Office Administrator or Accounts Assistant role
- Advanced proficiency in MYOB Advanced (or any similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
