We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Facilities/Building Manager to take ownership of this brand-new luxury facility, overseeing the day-to-day management of the common property, facilities, and assets, as well as leading a passionate team of highly customer-centric concierge staff.

As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor a small on-site team, fostering a culture of excellence
- Oversee daily building operations, inspections, and maintenance schedules
- Manage service providers, contractors, and safety compliance
- Respond promptly to resident queries, ensuring an exceptional living experience
- Ensure security systems and CCTV operations are maintained and compliant
- Handle budgeting, invoices, and liaise with strata management
- Plan and deliver building improvement projects and lifecycle strategies
Direct reports: 2–3 team members
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in Building/Facilities Management (residential BMC experience highly regarded)
- In-depth technical knowledge and strong understanding of compliance, WHS, and strata legislation
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a customer-first approach
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in BMS systems (WE Wumbo highly desirable) or equivalent
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanour
- Current driver’s license, First Aid/CPR, Chief Fire Warden certification, and valid Police Check
