They are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their People Services team. Reporting to the General Manager – People Operations, you’ll provide expert guidance across complex employee and industrial relations matters in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on ER/IR matters, investigations, and case management.
- Support enterprise bargaining and implementation.
- Partner with stakeholders on change and compliance initiatives.
- Draft and update employment policies and contracts.
- Represent the organisation in external tribunals as needed.
- Senior ER/IR advisory experience in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and enterprise agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., HR, IR, Law).
Legal qualifications and experience in unionised or NFP sectors.
