About the Role

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials are sourced, ordered, and delivered efficiently to meet production and customer demands. You’ll maintain strong supplier relationships, keep stock levels optimised, and drive cost and process improvements within a fast-moving supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase raw materials to meet production and customer requirements
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate timely deliveries and manage supply continuity
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory data within ERP systems
  • Support cost analysis and supplier performance reviews
  • Assist with negotiation of materials and freight forwarding arrangements
  • Collaborate with Finance, Quality, R&D, Sales, and Production teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
About You

You’re an analytical and relationship-driven professional who can balance attention to detail with the ability to think on your feet. You’ll bring initiative, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

You’ll also have:
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate–advanced)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 desirable)
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or similar (preferred)
