Our client who is an aged care provider urgently seeking a rostering administration assistant to commence asap. This role will be required on an temporary basis the Asburton Area onsite. The position is responsible for the delivery rostering and scheduling functions to meet the staffing resource needs of the site.

Ideally you will be immediately available with the following skill set:

  • Rostering experience
  • Time Target experience
  • Reception/Adminstration experience essential
  • Preferred with Aged care sector experience
  • Great phone manner with client and staff phone calls
  • Faced paced rostering team, need someone that can jump in and hit the ground running
  • Working hours either 830-430 or 9-5pm Monday to Friday
  • Ashburton based office role (plenty of parking available onsite)

Ideal previous experience should include

  • Demonstrated previous resource management experience, preferably in a Health Services environment
  • Results orientated, with solid organisational and time management skills
  • Strong computer literacy and high attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
