We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail and proven experience in radiology billing to step into this busy and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Process patient billings with high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Manage claims and submissions to Medicare, DVA, and Health Funds via Eclipse
- Handle Medicare returns and manages Karisma rejection pathways
- Support and assist other billings staff with Karisma radiology billing
- Maintain accurate patient data and billing records
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Previous experience working with a Radiology Information System (RIS) - ideally Karisma
- Knowledge of Eclipse for online claims and returns
- Strong understanding of Medicare, DVA, and Health Fund processes
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment
- Immediate start with the potential for permanency
