Our client is a well-established local/global business that is agile yet works with a suite of established clients all over the country. They are a specialist provider of niche products and services that are mostly bespoke to each client's needs. Being technical in nature and working within highly regulated environments, this is a hands-on opportunity for you to support the Group Manager in ensuring externally focussed ISO17025 compliance.
Your role will drive the
- Coordination of all ISO17025 quality systems activities affecting the services provided by the organisation to their clients and 3rd parties
- Liaising with external auditors to manage external audits or project specific audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Coordination & implementation of new and revised test methods
- Providing training support for all states and HQ teams on ISO17025
- Improvement & review of client data reports
Your experience must include
- Proficiency in all aspects of ISO17025, test methods and NATA requirements
- Ideally you have implemented, or at a minimum, maintained ISO17025 standards
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment of ISO17025, ideally within a technical, engineering, food, pharmaceutical, medical or similarly highly regulated landscape
You will be
- Able to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
- Be adaptable to changes in project priorities with multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate strong relationship management abilities
- Have well developed critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset
