Our client Pickawall is an Australian-owned business specialising in custom-printed, removable wall coverings, including their latest product Cover Styl’s which covers most surfaces. Founded on a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.

Their in-house team manages everything from design to production, ensuring each project is delivered to a high standard with a high focus on large-scale commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Project Administrator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in being part of a close-knit, creative team.

The Opportunity
The Project Administrator reporting to the General Manager plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of client projects—from initial enquiry through to production and installation. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met
  • Coordinate project documentation, including quotes and production schedules
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather and track project requirements
  • Maintain and update job management systems
  • Assist with logistics coordination, including delivery schedules and installation bookings
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years of administration experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
