Our client, a highly respected peak body in the mental health sector, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team to assist in the finalization of setting up Postgraduate Certificates. This is a full time temporary position with an immediate start for the right person, ongoing until 30 June 2024.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and responding to enquiries in Certificate inbox
- Providing support for meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, agenda and document preparation
- Managing invoices and expenses for the project
- Providing a high-level of ad-hoc administrative support to the project team and various committees
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills, including detailed minute-taking.
- Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to work under tight timelines.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
- Confidence in dealing with senior executives, committee members, and external stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft applications and databases.
- Experience within a membership-based organisation or within the healthcare or education sector will be advantageous.
