- 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical Practice Manager
- Familiarity with Best Practice system preferred
- Proven track record of client-focused service delivery within the industry
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy
- Proficient in written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail
- Skilled in developing and nurturing stakeholder relationships including clients, suppliers, external authorities, tenants, contractors, and office staff
- Capable of representing the practice confidently, positively, and professionally
- Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality concerning patient and practice information
- Competent in utilizing and enhancing various systems and processes for office operations
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
