Our client requires a Senior Administrative Assistant to assist the Executive Leadership team 2 days per week. You will be working with a well-established provider in the Community Health Sector so need to have the empathy, resilience and a great service ethic as needed in this space. The role is to start asap on the Northern city fringe and will be based in the office and from home as you support the Company Secretary/CFO and ELT.

We are seeking an experienced administrator with exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with the Board and Committees. Demonstrated experience must include:

  • Production of Board & Committee papers
  • Coordinating agendas, actions, schedules, and other documentation
  • Delivery of Board and Committee papers
  • Coordination and management of diaries
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail
  • Secretarial and administrative support functions
  • Preparation, minute taking and follow up of meetings
  • Proof reading and quality control of documents
  • Experience compiling Board papers
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Efficient and proactive manner
