Our client who is an aged care provider is urgently seeking a rostering coordinator to commence asap. This role will be required on an ongoing temporary basis in Wantirna. The position is responsible for the delivery rostering and scheduling functions to meet the staffing resource needs of the site.

Ideally you will be immediately available with the following skill set:

  • Care link experience
  • Rostering experience
  • Preferred with Aged care sector experience
  • Great phone manner with client and staff phone calls
  • Fast paced rostering team, need someone that can jump in and hit the ground running
  • Working hours either 830-430 or 9-5pm Monday to Friday
  • Wantirna based office role (plenty of parking available onsite)

Ideal previous experience should include

  • Demonstrated previous resource management experience, preferably in a Health Services environment
  • Results orientated, with solid organisational and time management skills
  • Strong computer literacy and high attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Demonstrated experience in building sustainable work relationships with various stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
