Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals
- Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and discretion
- Liaising with clients, courts, and external stakeholders
- Assisting with file management and maintaining accurate records
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm
- Strong knowledge of legal processes and documentation
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and legal practice management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A valid National Police Check is essential
