We currently have an exciting position for an experience Learning and Development Officer for client of ours in the health sector. Based out our head office in sunny Southbank (but working from home currently)

With your strong LMS systems experience and the confidence to develop and undertake face-to-face learning when, you will have the opportunity to work and assist implementing the Best of Breed HRM software "Cornerstone". You will also support the performance review system function.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:

  • Experience developing online training.
  • Experience with LMS systems administration (pref Cornerstone)
  • Delivery of online/face-to-face training programs
  • Solid stakeholder relationship development skills
  • Experience developing management training reports
  • Experience managing LMS supplier relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to undertake a Police check clearance and obtain working with children's check

Ideally you will have proven work experience in a similar capacity.

In addition, the successful candidate will present with the following:

  • Experience working with learning design software such as Articulate
  • Experience with LMS systems administration (pref Cornerstone)
  • Delivery of face-to-face training programs
  • Working in the health services sector (nursing) and/or correctional services environments would be highly regarded
  • TAE or tertiary qualification and experience with performance management system
