Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator who can start immediately and hit the ground running in this 6-week annual leave cover position. Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, you will have the flexibility to work remotely (after some initial in-house training) and there is also flexibility to negotiate your working days.

Duties for the successful candidate will include the following:

  • Coordinating recruitment process - recruitment approval forms, creation of new jobs in Springboard, job advertising, interview coordination, background checks and preparing letters of offer
  • Coordinating onboarding process - publishing offers in Springboard, submitting new starter IT requests, arranging building passes, completing new candidate paperwork, communicating with payroll
  • Advertising, police checks and contract drafting
  • New Starters e-Learning - setting up new starters accounts in the Litmos e-Learning platform
  • General HR Admin

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and have sound knowledge and understanding of HR policies and practices. In addition, you will ideally have the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, and / or experience in talent management, learning and development, or related functions
  • Detail focused and great organisational skills
  • Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Evidence of being customer and solutions focused
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and proactivity
