The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, this role spans financial, legal, and human resource matters, ensuring sound financial management and the introduction of more systematic practices across the organisation. As part of the senior management team, you will oversee administration, payroll, accounts, and information systems to support effective operations and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage finance staff to deliver on all reporting and compliance requirements
  • Oversee preparation of monthly Board reports, annual accounts, and financial strategy/planning
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, systems, and processes
  • Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial controls
  • Drive the finance function’s role in implementing the PACE (MIS) system
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, brokers, accountants, insurers, and other key stakeholders

About You
You will bring high integrity, honesty, and confidentiality, combined with a strong work ethic and flexible, approachable manner. With excellent organisational skills and a client-focused approach, support colleagues, and work collaboratively as a valued team member.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Finance or Commerce and CPA or CA qualified
  • Experience in manufacturing, the printing industry, 3PL and international trading is desirable
  • Solid understanding of information technology and MIS processes is essential
  • Knowledge of PRISM, PACE and/or WageEasy software would be an advantage
  • Able to demonstrate success in a previous leadership position is essential
