Our client, based in the south eastern suburbs, is looking for several customer service driven individuals to join their busy team to manage all incoming customer service and credit enquiries. The successful applicants may come from a hospitality, retail or customer service background and will have the ability to multitask and problem solve. They will be confident working autonomously and be keen to develop their career within this reputable and profitable organisation.

Duties will include the following:

  • Managing all inbound customer service and credit enquiries
  • Handling account queries
  • Processing payments to customer accounts
  • Supplying copies of invoices/statements
  • Releasing blocked orders
  • Confirming account balances
  • Completing reconciliations
  • Monitoring shared email inboxes
