The Opportunity
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, overseeing all aspects of ASIC Compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage company incorporations, deregistrations, annual statements, and ASIC lodgements.
- Process changes to company details (directors, addresses, shareholding, unit holdings, business names).
- Coordinate trust deed orders, renewals, stamp duty, and maintain corporate registers.
- Manage client transitions (onboarding new clients and handling departing clients).
- Prepare correspondence, invoices, and maintain document tracking to ensure compliance with lodgement deadlines.
- Liaise with ASIC, partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure corporate compliance obligations are met.
About You
- Proven experience in Corporate Compliance/ASIC administration, experience with BGL CAS 360 essential.
- Strong knowledge of ASIC requirements, lodgements, and corporate governance processes.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confident communicator with strong client service and professional writing ability.
- Proactive team player who can also manage own workflow and deadlines independently.
