Key Responsibilities
- Define and document customer business requirements, focusing on integration with customer systems utilizing technologies like MyHealthRecord, HL7, or Medicare web services, as well as integration with external third-party systems and legacy data migration processes.
- Analyze and document current and future business process models.
- Collaborate with Product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) internally to craft business and functional requirements, along with functional design specifications, ensuring the necessary precision and detail for programming to the required standards.
- Proactively identify, manage, or escalate risks and issues, and research options for remediation or mitigation.
- Engage with cross-functional client teams including technical, business, delivery, and testing teams to ensure that requirements, functional specifications, and design specifications are comprehended and accepted by all internal stakeholders.
- Deliver as-built documentation for both internal and external stakeholders regarding implemented enhancements, and update product manuals as needed.
- A minimum of four years demonstrated success in a similar role within the health technology field.
- Possess relevant Business Analysis certifications and adhere to methodologies such as BABOK, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.
- Demonstrate experience with both commercial off-the-shelf and bespoke software applications, with an understanding of ICT infrastructure and security principles being desirable.
