Key Responsibilities
Working 3 days per week, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly by managing reception duties, supporting the team with administration, and ensuring accurate data entry across our systems.
Front Desk & Client Contact
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Greet visitors and contractors and notify relevant staff
- Manage general enquiries via phone and email
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area
- Assist with filing (digital and hard copy)
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks as required
- Accurately enter invoices, job details/purchase orders, and supplier information into company systems
- Maintain accurate client, site, and supplier data
- Flag missing or unclear information for follow-up
- Assist with invoice processing once jobs are completed
- Ensure approvals are sought from site supervisors in time for deadline cutoffs
