In this role you will be liaising with customers, sales representatives, and warehouse staff to ensure customers’ quotes and orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
With a tight knit team, the ability to work from home 2 days after the first month and onsite parking this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Answering calls from wholesale customers relating to both technology and lighting.
- Preparing lighting quotes and updating the lighting CRM with project details.
- Managing sales and back orders.
- Responding to customer queries, including product knowledge enquiries, progress of orders, detailing stock availability, shipping and complaints.
- Responding to end user enquiries and advising location of nearest distributor/retailer to purchase products.
- Processing customer orders as they are received.
- Supporting Product Managers and Sales Manager with product lists and pricelist.
- Managing customer returns and issuing Return Authority numbers.

- Demonstrated sales experience and the ability to influence outcomes.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with technical information.
- Data entry experience with accuracy.
- Intermediate Microsoft program knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Ability to retain and recall important information.
- Capacity to work independently and proactive.
