Due to continued growth, Bordo International is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers and the Sales Team while ensuring orders and enquiries are managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Receive, process, and enter customer orders accurately
  • Prepare and coordinate customer quotations
  • Liaise with Sales Representatives, Dispatch, and internal teams to support customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  
About You
You are an experienced Customer Service professional with a strong focus on accuracy, communication, and relationship building. You thrive in a busy environment, enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, and take pride in delivering a high standard of service. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate confidently with customers will see you succeed in this role.
