Are you an experienced Care Manager or Clinical Manager in residential aged care seeking a change of location out of the city? We have a great opportunity based in South East Gippsland.
This role is managing a clinical and care team across two 30 bed facilities. We are open to applications from candidates who would like a short contract 3 months or someone who would like to relocate for this role on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will present as an RN and prior experience in a leadership role within the residential aged care sector. You will bring a strong understanding of the quality standards and have experience leading an accreditation process. You will also demonstrate the following:
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- The ability to develop and foster a team approach and culture
- Contemporary clinical skills and analytic skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders including families
- Sound problem solving skills and business acumen
- A willingness to relocate to South East Gippsland.
