Our client who is in the justice sector is looking for an administrative assistant to start asap at one of their premises close to Carlton.

This will be working on a rotating roster including weekend work where you will be paid penalty rates. We require someone who is flexible to work on different days and hours.

Free parking is available on site. This role will suit someone who is resilient and who has preferably worked in a medical or health background.

Must have a police check or working with children check or willing to get one.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answering all telephone and email enquiries
  • Booking appointments
  • Data entry
  • Maintain files and documentation
  • General office duties

Skills and experience required

  • Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task

Must have a police check or working with children check or willing to get one.
