Reporting to the General Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a close knit team and will be able to proactively build long-term professional relationships with clients across a variety of sectors. Crucial to this role, you will need to be a highly motivated individual with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be able to work well under pressure. You will also have a genuine passion and proven experience running an end to end temp desk including BD, client meetings, job filling and compliance. Ideally you will also have several yearsof demonstrated recruitment experience. If you are in the recruitment game you know roles like this don't come along every day.
