This role is responsible for ensuring the coordination, facilitation, monitoring, and provision of high-quality service delivery to clients through
the effective rostering and placement of direct care workers and community nurses, aligned to HCP and OVA package service requirements.
The incumbent will have a sound understanding of a range of health management strategies to guide the provision of the best quality care
to clients.
Providing leadership, direction, operational support and supervision for both the direct care and community nursing team, initiating and
reviewing (where relevant in conjunction with the Case Manager and Quality and Compliance Advisor) complex clinical in-home care
management regimes in highly demanding situations using critical analysis, clinical judgement and outcome-based decision making.
