Reporting to the Manager Quality and Risk, this role will provide quality and compliance administration to a not for profit organisation in the Eastern Suburbs. The successful candidate will present with advanced excel skills and the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly. You will support with the auditing of files, and updating of the the client database as well as generating regular quality reports. In addition you will provide committee administration support to the Quality Committee and update polices and procedures as required.

The successful applicant will present with the following:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills
  • Accuracy with your work
  • Prior systems administration/ database management experience
  • Advanced excel skills
  • The ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • The ability to quickly assimilate new information and use your initiative

This position would suit a Quality Coordinator/ Compliance officer from the community sector or a strong administrator that has extensive database management experience.
