Fantastic opportunity to join a large multi-national corporate manufacturer based in the Bayside suburbs and continute to imbed their recently implemented SAP Success Factors system which will deliver an "End to End' life cycle solution in managing various HR functions such as business alignment, people performance, recruitment, and learning activities. You will have overall responsibility for overseeing the deployment, training, maintenance, and performance of Human Resources systems (SuccessFactors) and leveraging HR data for key insights, to support the broader Divisional HR team and contribute to the achievement of organisational objectives.

About the role:

  • Lead the deployment, training and ongoing maintenance of HRIS across the Pacific & North-East Asia Division
  • Develop and implement appropriate operating model (ie build super user capability) for SuccessFactors utilisation and escalations
  • Empower Line Managers, HR Colleagues, and Super Users to utilize the SuccessFactors modules including self-service and Manager self-service functionality
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained in the HRIS, (for example, position structures, employee job information and employee personal information) and audits data in HRIS to ensure system is being utilized appropriately
  • Monitor integration between HRIS and Active Directory and resolve integration errors
  • Design manuals and detailed work instructions to facilitate self-service and manager self-service
  • Escalation of HRIS Issues via ticketing system, where Tier 2 resolution is not possible
  • Participate in Global meetings and workshops to ensure any functionality changes are communicated appropriately based on business requirements.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of upgrades to implemented modules
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation across a large scope of work
  • Support key cyclical divisional HR activities, as required
  • Develop and maintain a HRIS dashboard to display functionality changes to support business needs and demonstrate Operational efficiency gains
  • Generate ad-hoc reports (for example, reports on turnover, internal mobility, etc)
  • Collaborate with IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to HRIS to ensure limited downstream impacts
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations

Ideal background sought:

  • Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems ideally sought
  • Proven ability in developing and nurturing internal business relationships and providing advice and support in regards to organisational change across the business
  • An ability to prioritise and meet multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to undertake research, provide analysis and make recommendations to provide innovative solutions in a complex environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on system driven, business transformation projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
