Your key resposibilities will be:
- Workplace health & safety
- Employment legislation & HR compliance
- Supporting recruitment & onboarding
- Managing performance reviews & remuneration reviews
- Learning and development updates
- HR & WHS reporting
- Reviewing & updating HR policies & procedures
We are seeking a qualified HR Advisor with:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/Commerce
- Demonstrated experience in HR best practice and providing sound advice
- Experience developing & reviewing HR policies
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills & detail orientation
- Sound understanding of industrial relations & compliance requirements
