Your key resposibilities will be:

  • Workplace health & safety
  • Employment legislation & HR compliance
  • Supporting recruitment & onboarding
  • Managing performance reviews & remuneration reviews
  • Learning and development updates
  • HR & WHS reporting
  • Reviewing & updating HR policies & procedures

We are seeking a qualified HR Advisor with:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/Commerce
  • Demonstrated experience in HR best practice and providing sound advice
  • Experience developing & reviewing HR policies
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills & detail orientation
  • Sound understanding of industrial relations & compliance requirements
