Our Dandenong-based client is looking for an experienced customer service officer with great administration skills to support the team in this newly created, ongoing temporary assignment. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the export of local products, overseeing logistics and providing exceptional customer service to all export customers and suppliers.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders with a high level of accuracy
- Processing online customer orders
- High level logistics knowledge and supply chain support
- Handling delivery and return enquiries
- Processing invoices and refunds
- Managing shipping documents from suppliers to customers
- Work with customs agents, warehouses and transport companies
- Managing supply of goods for bulk export sales directly with suppliers/manufacturers
- Manage and build relationships with international customers
- Dealing with logistics for export and industrial orders
- Manage relationship with freight forwarders
- Generate shipment schedules
- Management of documents and certification for customer shipments
- Build strong relationships with Export and Industrial Sales team, based in Australia
- Ensure smooth supply chain coordination to meet customer and logistical constraints
