Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant who can start immediately and hit the ground running in this busy and varied role. Working onsite in our client's offices, you will enjoy juggling multiple priorities and utilising your exceptional time management skills.

Duties may include:

  • Reception cover / front of house duties
  • Answering phone enquiries and transferring appropriately
  • Greeting client and visitors
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Maintaining records and spreadsheets
  • Maintaining databases
  • Assisting with accounts
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ordering stationery and replenishing stock
  • Filing and ad-hoc administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience and a positive, can-do attitude. In addition, you will present with the following:

  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great organisational skills
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and proactivity
  • Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
