Join our client in the health, family & community services sector who are seeking an additional team member in their accounts team. This role is an immediate start temporary position, for a minimum of 3 months with likely ongoing extension due to the volume of work and system upgrades this year.

You will be predominantly

  • Working in accounts payable, working with the team verifying and processing invoices
  • Assisting with accounts receivable, supporting the credit function
  • Assisting with reporting, working across the accounts function, supporting the manager with reports
  • Taking queries, internally and externally to ensure accounts are in order

This is a friendly and cohesive team and organisation seeking a professional and helpful team member to support them with current worload and systems upgrades. Parking is often available, on an as needed and first in basis.

This position is based in South Melbourne and is office based. We are seeking an experienced candidate 5 days per week with a strong customer service ethic and great attention to detail.
