As a member of the NDIS Intake & Planning team, The Operations Support Officer will work within a team to support new client intakes and the transition of existing clients between NDIS plans.
Key Accountabilities
Working under the direction of the NDIS Intake & Planning Manager, the Operations Support Officer role includes the following:
- Comprehensively respond to queries from potential and existing clients
- Obtain information for new intakes and update systems accordingly
- Maintain the intake enquiry register
- Despatch service agreements & follow up on any outstanding agreements
- Facilitate the process of participant plan reviews
- Good understanding of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A friendly disposition
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capable of delivering outcomes within tight deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Current police check essential
- Current WWC and NDIS screening
