This pivotal role, requires a inspirational leader with demonstrated understanding and experience gained for Community services including Community packages and a passion for Quality and Continuous improvement.
Ideally, as the successful candidate you will demonstrate an ability to work strategically to standardise systems and engage staff in continuous improvement processes. Key to this role is your ability to work collaboratively with teams who provide a range of services including; EACH, CACPS, HACC, VET Affairs and HITH services.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will take on a portfolio that spands three states and works in partnership with the line managers on the ground.
